Telebeep Wireless is not responsible for messages that were not received, and message delivery is not guaranteed. There are several reasons why a page may not be received. A few examples are: the receiver's pager is off, the receiver's pager has a weak battery, the receiver is out of the pager coverage area, or the receiver just wishes to not respond to the page, etc...
